This cuvée is made from a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Savagnin (40%). The Savagnin grapes require several years of aging in oak barrels in our centuries-old cellars to develop their distinctive taste. The Chardonnay is aged in old casks before blending.

The nose is dominated by the typical flavors of Savagnin. Then the Chardonnay gently emerges.
There are notes of walnut and almond, fruit and flowers. As for the palate, with its long, nutty finish, it reveals itself to be fresh and spicy.
In short: a balanced wine thanks to the freshness of the Chardonnay and the richness of the Savagnin.

Serve at around 14°C
