Chardonnay 2022 "Terroir du Revermont"
This vintage, aged in stainless steel tanks, allows the Chardonnay grape variety to retain all its aromatic freshness.
Tradition 2023 ORGANIC Chardonnay/Savagnin
This cuvée is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay (60%) and Savagnin (40%). The Savagnin grapes require several years of aging in oak barrels in our centuries-old cellars to develop their distinctive character. The Chardonnay is aged in old casks before blending.
Cuvée Arrogance 2023 Organic
This cuvée is made from Chardonnay grapes from the lieu-dit "Les Roussots" on a terroir of layered grey marl from the Lias period. The grapes used come from the oldest plots.
Savagnin "Typé" 2021 - Côtes du Jura AOC
A true classic. Notes of walnuts and hazelnuts combined with fresh morels, enhanced by spices. The finish is superbly long.
Poulsard Grains 2022
Grains de Poulsard is our brand of cuvée identifying the Poulsard grape variety, traditionally vinified as a light red wine with a short maceration. It is, moreover, the "everyday wine" of the Jura region, as it expresses the clay-limestone terroir in the purest Jura tradition.
