A beautiful, light red robe with amber highlights, plenty of roundness, balance, and suppleness underscored by a delicate fruitiness. A luscious wine with springtime accents.

This is an ideal wine for an entire meal, easily replacing both red and white wines. Enjoyed in any season, it offers a particularly original and appreciated pairing with Morteau sausage, raclette, cured meats, grilled fish and meats, white meats, smoked fish, and all exotic dishes with delicate spices.

Serve at room temperature, never chilled, around 16-18°C

A rare longevity for a "ruby" wine, at least 5 to 10 years.
