This exceptional wine is remarkably light and balanced.

Surprising as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish, smoked salmon, but also with "discovery" cuisine, fruit desserts (e.g., pineapple carpaccio).

Serve chilled, around 10°C

Best enjoyed young, but has an aging potential of 8 years.
