Cuvée Victoria Badoz 2020 ORGANIC Savagnin "ouillé"
This cuvée is made from the Savagnin grape variety grown in the "Grands Roussots" terroir. It is aged in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures and protected from oxygen in order to extract and encapsulate all the freshness and minerality of the Savagnin.
Cuvée Edouard 2023 Organic
The Cuvée Edouard is the flagship of the house. This cuvée is made from the Savagnin "old vines" grape variety, on our "Les Grands Roussots" terroir.
Cuvée Arrogance 2023 Organic
This cuvée is made from Chardonnay grapes from the lieu-dit "Les Roussots" on a terroir of layered grey marl from the Lias period. The grapes used come from the oldest plots.
